Our lambs are pasture-raised from start to finish – supplemented with feed and mineral for optimal health.

We sell lamb SEASONALLY at the farm store whole or by the piece.  Items which may be available are:

  • Lamb Shanks
  • Shoulder Roast (either boneless or bone-in)
  • Neck Roast
  • Rib Chops (2 chops per package)
  • Loin Chops (2 chops per package)
  • Leg Roast (either boneless or bone-in)
  • Stew Meat
  • Kabob Meat
